Open Track & Field Championship 2018
The Fourth Five District Open Track and Field Championship 2018 will be organised by India Masters Athletics in association with Masters Athletics of Maharashtra (under the auspices of Thane District Athletics Association).
This competition will be held from 1st to 4th November 2018 at University Sports Pavilion, Marine Lines.
For the past two years, Sprinters Sports Club has consecutively won the 'Best Mens Team' Championship at this competition. Many athletes from our Club hold records at this competition.
Spread across 4 days, this competition will witness diverse athletic performances from athletes from five districts (Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban, Thane, Palghar and Raigad) across a wide age spectrum - from the age of 5 to 75+!
Entry Fee: The entry fee is INR 100 per event.
Awards: Medals, certificates and cash awards will be presented to the first three winners in every event and every age group.
The cash rewards will be : 1st place - INR 800/-, 2nd place - INR 500 and 3rd place - INR 300.
Prize money will be awarded in an event/race where four or more athletes start the event/race. If there are less than two athletes, the event will be cancelled.
Individual championship trophies shall be awarded to the boys and girls in the age group of 10 years and above.
Team Championship trophies will be awarded for the following categories - Boys of all age groups combines, Girls of all age groups combined, Men, Women, and a Overall Championship Trophy.
Athletes from Sprinters Sports Club must fill this form and submit the entry fee (INR 100 per event) to our coaches latest by 7th October 2018.
